Site Conduct:
You agree to be respectful of others and will not submit any layouts or post messages in the forums that can be considered inappropriate. Inappropriate examples include, but are not limited to, using profanity, making hateful remarks, uploading pictures which contain nudity, etc. etc. We reserve the right to delete, without notice, any layouts, forum posts, etc. without notice if they are not appropriate.
Membership Terms
Anyone can register for a free account on our website to participate in our community forums or to share their projects in our layout gallery. In order to access all of our digital scrapbooking downloads, you will have to upgrade to a paid Scrapvine club membership account.
As a paid ScrapVine Club member you are entitled to unlimited access for all of our digital scrapbooking downloads, which means you can download them at any time as long as your membership remains active and use for your own personal or Scrap For Hire Use. Your membership will automatically renew each year and you may cancel your subscription at anytime through PayPal. Your membership rate will never increase as long as you remain a paid subscriber. If you decide to cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to sign up at the same price you started out at.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Given that our products are digital downloads, we will only issue refunds on a case by case basis, such as due to an inability to access or register with the site. We recommend that your first try one of our free kits to make sure you are happy with the quality and are able to use the items in your software of choice before signing up as a member so you will know exactly what to expect. You may cancel your membership at any time before the renewal period of 365 days, and will still have full access to all of our current and future downloads during the remaining time left in your subscription. In instances where a refund is issued, your account will be deactivated immediately.
Security:
You may not share your login information with anyone else or share your downloaded materials with others. Our system tracks which IP address you use to login and download materials from and when multiple IPs are used, your account will be temporarily be suspended to prevent others from sharing their login information with others. If you never share your login and password information, you will never need to worry about this happening – so don’t be tempted to give it to anyone else!
Usage of Downloads
You may use all of our digital papers, elements, and other downloads for your own personal use without any restrictions.
You may not redistribute any of our downloadable items for free or sell any of our digital scrapbooking downloads. You may not use our downloads for making digital scrapbook kits you resell or give away for free unless written permission is granted. You may also not use our items for making graphics sold on stock websites, or making other design resources with them, such as photoshop brushes, custom shapes, etc. You may also not use our digital scrapbooking kits for items you resell, such as t-shirts, cards, or other items, whether physical or digital products. Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent termination of your account with no refunds issued.
Examples of What Is Allowed:
Creating a PhotoBook for a relative with ScrapVine products
Making a Card with ScrapVine products to give to family and friends
Examples of What is NOT Allowed:
Giving away downloads on your website of ScrapVine Products without written permission
Uploading kits to file sharing websites
Modifying ScrapVine products and reselling as your own

Affiliate Program
Creative Team members and designers are eligible to participate in our affiliate program. With the affiliate program, you will be assigned a special link that will track you as the referring person. When a person signs up through your link, you will be credited the current commission rate in your affiliate account.
Payments will be made after your account balance reaches $10 at the end of each month via PayPal. If your earnings are over $600 and you are a United States Citizen, you will be required to fill out a tax form to continue receiving payments through our affiliate program.
Doing anything that could be construed as fraud or spam as an affiliate will not be tolerated and will result in you being suspended from the affiliate program without payment. Examples of fraudulent or spam practices include but are not limited to cookie stuffing, manipulating sales, sending bulk spam emails, pretending to be a ScrapVine employee etc. etc.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we will never share or rent your personal information with a third party vendor. All of your billing information is stored through PayPal.com, and we do not have direct access to any of your credit card information, nor do we store any of this information on our servers.
This website uses cookies for remembering your log-in information and password. You may disable cookies anytime through your web browser settings.
We also use basic statistical tracking programs to understand our website users better and to help keep Scrapvine easy to use. None of the information collected by our statistics is personally identifying and helps us know where our website visitors are from, what web browser they are using, most popular pages, etc. etc.
From time to time we may display advertisements from third party vendors or link to an external website that is not operated by or affiliated with ScrapVine.com. In these instances, we cannot control the content of these third party sites. We recommend when visiting other websites linked from ScrapVine.com that you carefully read their terms of use and privacy policy in order to protect yourself.
Copyright Concerns:
We make the best efforts to use only resources in making our products which are clearly marked for commercial use or are in the public domain, including but not limited to items such as photoshop brushes, stock photographs, vector clipart, and others available from trusted and reputable sources online. If you see anything that may be in violation of your copyright in any of our kits, please contact us right away as we take copyright infringement very seriously. We will remove the item immediately once you have submitted proof of ownership, as well as help you identify the source where we found the item used so you can take it up directly with the person who made it available to us as a commercial use/public domain resource.
Limit of Liability
Michelle Stein, the owner of ScrapVine.com is not responsible for any types of damages or losses that may result from the use of our website or products. Under no circumstances shall its owner Michelle Stein, or any authorized representatives of the site be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit arising from the use or inability to use the materials on ScrapVine.com.
