What’s Included With a Paid ScrapVine Membership?

ScrapVine club members get unlimited access to all of our current and upcoming digital scrapbooking downloads for as long as they continue an active subscription at our site.

How Much Does it Cost?

A Scrapvine Yearly membership costs only $25/year. Occasionally we may run sales or special offers from time to time. The price you sign up as is the price your membership will renew at each year  – even if we decide to increase our prices at a later date. You can cancel easily anytime if you would like which can be done through your account settings page here or through PayPal directly.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We use Paypal as a secure payment processor and to give you the ability to have full control of your payments to us at all times. You can choose to pay by direct deposit or use a major credit card through Paypal.

If you are subscribing to our ScrapVine club membership, you will need to sign up for a Paypal account if you don’t already have one.

For individual items that you purchase through our shopping cart, no PayPal account is necessary – all you will need is a credit card.

Can I Cancel My Account?

While we hope to keep bringing great downloads so you don’t want to cancel, of course you may cancel anytime without any worries. All you need to do is go to your member account settings page and click on the PayPal button for unsubscribing. It really is that easy and simple. You will still be able to access everything on our site until the time you’ve paid for is expired. You can also manage your subscription directly through PayPal under “my recurring subscriptions” under your profile options.

Please note if you cancel your current subscription, we cannot guarantee the same price if you decide to sign back up at a later time.

What Kind of Quality Are Your Kits?

All of our kits are high resolution print quality graphics. All of our elements come in .png format with transparent background and all of our papers come in 3600×3600 300 ppi .jpg format. We bundle them up into zip files to make it easy and convenient for you to download everything all at once. We go to great lengths to ensure all of our items are free of jagged edges and drop shadows unless noted or intentional. If you ever notice a kit element that may have an issue (ie: a stray pixel or a jagged edge) just let us know and we will get it fixed right away.

What Digital Scrapbooking Programs Do Your Downloads Work In?

The majority of our files are in .jpg and .png format, which allows you to use them in all of the most popular digital scrapbooking software programs. These files will work in Adobe Photoshop, My Memories Suite, Serif Digital Scrapbook Artist, and most other digital scrapbooking software, We may also offer layered PSD templates from time to time – if you don’t use Photoshop and need the .png files just ask!

Do You Offer Refunds?

If for any reason you’re not happy please Contact Us and let us know what you need and we’ll get any issues you are experiencing resolved as quickly as possible. Since we offer digital products and not a physical product, refunds are only issued on a case by case basis.

How Long Do Downloads Remain Available?

Our kits and other digital scrapbooking downloads will always be available for as long as you are a current member. We don’t believe in offering limited edition downloads or making them disappear after we create them. There’s no need to worry about filling up your hard drive saving kits because they might be gone when you want them – you can download kits anytime as you need them.

Can I Request a Kit or Download?

Of course! We want to make kits that you need and will use, so if there’s a theme you need or a certain style you want, just post it on our Request Forum and we’ll include it as one of our regular weekly downloads. Most requests can be done within 1-2 weeks depending on how many we get all at once.

Where Do I Get The Downloads Once I register for the site?

Once you have paid through PayPal and are registered through our site, you will be able to go to any page and scroll down to the bottom of the page after the description of the kit contents. If you are logged in, you will see a green check mark box containing the download links. It couldn’t be any easier than that!

What Uses Are Allowed for Your Graphics?
If you create scrapbook layouts for others (also known as Scrap For Hire) you may use our kits without needing to purchase a special license. Our main big rule is you cannot resell or redistribute our graphics as they are or use them in making digital scrapbook kits or stock resources. Who Do I Contact Regarding Technical Support?

If you need help downloading any of the files or run into any technical issues on our website please Contact Us and we’ll look into it right away. Most emails are responded to within 12-24 hours, and often times sooner than that.
